Now you can bring the WHOLE family down to the MCC Members' Reserve and get your photo taken with Santa in front of the spectacular backdrop of the MCG! All sessions on Sunday November 30 are suitable for Santa pet photography.
Wear your favourite Christmas outfit, join in the Christmas cheer and get a unique Santa photo to remember! There will be plenty of Christmas activities on offer including face painting, Christmas bauble making, letter writing to Santa and Christmas carols.
Up to five photos will be provided as prints and all photos taken will be sent digitally.
Coffee and a selection of breakfast foods will be available to purchase on the day.
Santa Paws
Pets will only be permitted inside the MCG on Sunday November 30 only so please ensure you book in correctly.
If you are booking into any session on Sunday November 30, please be aware that due to the nature of the activation there will be pet allergens present in the venue. If you do not require pet photography or have pet related allergies, we recommend booking into a session on an alternative day.
Booking times will overlap and patrons are encouraged to arrive prior to or stick around after their Santa Photos to enjoy the activities on offer. Therefore, there will be other pets, children and families in the same space as your pet. If your pet is not suited to these environments we ask that you leave them home to ensure the safest environment for all guests.
Conditions of entry:
- All pets must be on leads from when they enter the MCG to when they exit. Alternatively they must be small enough to be held.
- Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour including any damages or costs caused by their pet.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet including bringing the required cleaning products to do so.
- The nearest pet spending (relief) area is on the grass in Yarra Park. We appreciate your help in keeping Yarra Park clean, so please pick up after your pets.

There are limited spots available so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Bookings open: 9:00am AEST Tuesday July 22
Bookings close: 5:00pm AEDT Friday November 21, unless sold out prior
Cancellation cut-off: 5:00pm AEDT Friday November 21
