The MCC Cricket Committee endorses and adopts:
- Australian Cricket’s Policy for Safeguarding Children and Young People
- Australian Cricket’s ‘Looking After Our Kids’ Code of Behaviour for Affiliated Associations and Clubs
- Australian Cricket’s Commitment to Safeguarding Children and Young People
- Cricket Victoria’s Member Protection Policy
- Cricket Victoria’s Reporting and Complaints Policy
These policies were formally endorsed and adopted by the MCC Cricket Committee on Tuesday September 16, 2025, ahead of the 2025/26 season.
By adopting these policies, we hereby declare that our organisation will:
- Meet and promote the standards of behaviour required of all people in Victorian cricket when dealing with adults (MPP Code of Behaviour) and Children & Young People (Looking after our Kids Code of Behaviour);
- Manage complaints in accordance with the Cricket Victoria Complaints and Resolution Policy;
- Meet the expectations and follow the processes outlined in the Victorian Cricket Integrity Policies; and
- Encourage others to understand and comply with the Victorian Cricket Integrity Policies.

The management and operations of all MCC teams participating in Cricket Victoria’s Premier competition and our own MCC Club XI competition are now governed by MCC Cricket Inc., a voluntary not-for-profit incorporated entity.
