Following feedback from members, the MCC introduced ticket returns for selected events in the Members’ Reserve.
You can now return individual tickets, or your entire transaction and receive a refund for the ticket price (excluding Ticketek transaction fee).
Ticket returns are only available for selected matches, and do not include special events or marquee matches such as the AFL Grand Final.
How to Return Tickets
To return your pre-booked tickets, simply download and log in to the Ticketek app and follow these instructions:
- Click on the ‘Tickets’ button in the footer of the app.
- Find the ticket you wish to return and click ‘return ticket’, which is located beneath the ticket information.
- Accept the pop-up and confirm you wish to return your ticket by clicking ‘return ticket’.
- Repeat for each ticket you would like to return.
Once a ticket has been returned, it will remain in your Ticketek app, however will state that the ticket is no longer valid.
All returns are final. Once a ticket has been returned, you can no longer use it to access the MCC Members’ Reserve, and may not be able to purchase this same ticket again.
Ticket returns close one hour prior to gate opening for each match.
